The 22nd Chenghai Toys & Gifts Fair is under the guidance of Shantou Municipal People's Government and Chenghai District People's Government, co-sponsored by China International Chamber of Commerce, China Chamber of Commerce for Import and Export of Light Industry Handicrafts, China Toys and Baby Products Association, Shantou Chenghai District Toys Association, with " With the theme of "Toy Capital, Burning the World", it is scheduled to be held at Shantou Chaoshan Expo Center from April 1st to 3rd, 2023.

The China Building Blocks Industry Conference held at the same time will set up four major sections: "Theme Forum, MOC Selection Activities, Brand Display, and Venture Capital Conference", gathering experts in the industry to provide insights, analysis, dialogues, and discussions from a global and forward-looking perspective. The domestic building block industry builds an open, innovative, collaborative and win-win exchange and cooperation platform, promotes Chinese building blocks overseas, and shows the Chinese aesthetics and Chinese creations in the building block industry to the global market.

Taking this as an opportunity, the organizer launched the Chinese original building block design selection competition and invited many senior building block designers to participate in the selection work. This event hopes to select excellent works through the form of selection, in conjunction with building block designers, brand manufacturers and IP licensors, for productization and promotion. It aims to help promote the original design of Chinese building blocks, expand building block enthusiasts, and promote the sound development of the building block industry .
